  • SevOne, Inc. Internship program, May 2011 – February 2012

    • Of the 50 total developers, I and a handful of others are part of the maintenance team where we go through code currently on customer’s computers and fixed problems and made improvements.
    • On the job I learned advanced uses of HTML, PHP, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX and JSON.
    • I have worked on many high priority defects which were hot-patched on customer’s products.

  • University of Delaware’s Student Television Network Program Director, November 2009 – May 2011

    • I scheduled what will be shown on Channel 49 on campus and the web stream at http://stn49.com
    • I recorded live shows, organized monthly movies and organized previously recorded shows.
    • I fixed many technical issues around the studio; anything from computer workstations to lighting.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Harrington Theater Arts Company Sound Designer & Operator, March 2011 – Present

    • I created the sound plot and decided on the sound effects for the show “The Mystery of Edwin Drood”
    • I operated the sound board for the shows “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” and “Can I Really Date A Guy Who Wears a Yarmulke?”

  • University of Delaware’s Student Television Network 49 News Technical Director, September 2008 – Present

    • I work behind the scenes on the TV station’s news program that is produced live every other week where I help with any technical help that is needed.

  • University of Delaware’s Student Television Network Operations Board: Webmaster, March 2009 – Present

    • I interact with other operations board members to decide on any content changes on the website.
    • I setup the Content Management System used on http://stn49.com and have created the theme used by the site.
    • I upload full episodes of our show to the website so that viewers can watch them on demand.

VOLUNTEERING

  • FIRST Robotics Competition Advisor, January 2009, 2010, 2011

    • I help new students learn the basics about the FIRST Robotics Competition.
    • I teach students on the team layout, build, wire and troubleshoot the electrical components on the robot.
    • I help students learn how to program the robot so it will function for competition.
